DrumSynch is an interactive African drum session where participants will collectively learn to play in synchronicity and perform as a band under the supervision of professional drummers. The activity is fun and a highly enriching experience allowing participants to instinctively experience teamwork through listening, cohesiveness and interaction through drums.

The team building event is a powerful unifying message which cuts through language, gender and age, breaking down barriers both vertically and laterally with in organizations and thus enhancing communication. It is the most fundamental way to reduce stress and learn to work together, celebrate success, and build community and team spirit.
