[We] are outdoor people, used to the vertiginous heights of the vertical world, rugged terrain of high altitude mountains, unstable boulder fields and the uncertainty of hazardous rescue missions and scenarios. In our world, feedback is immediate. Being part of an effective team for us is very often a question of survival, where the decisions we take could make the difference between the life and death of ourselves, our team mates or patient. Simple as that.		We [believe] that in our post modern society, in order to survive, companies and organisations are heavily reliant on effective teams. So much stress is put onto results that we very often forget the very basis of how and why teams function, that every team is made up of individuals, that every individual has his/her own patterns of thoughts and reactions...
Using our [experience] of the field, and the outdoors as classroom, we have the capacity of creating outdoor activities that will put your team to the test. Challenge you physically,intellectually and emotionally, changing the way you see and value each other in the process. In our world, the relationship between your individual performance and your team becomes simple and clear.Back to basics.		Make no [*mistake], we offer no ready made solutions to your problems nor do we organise boring conferences about how to manage your team. We do not even guarantee that our activities and courses will make of you better people or a more effective team. No one ever can, and if they do, they are liars*.

We have the capacity of proposing activities that will give your team the opportunity to think and value each other fully , to learn from its mistakes and to strive under pressure...
