Hiking, Rock Climbing, Outdoor Team Building, Corporate Outdoor Incentive
activities , Rescue training for emergency services and Access and rescue
services amongst others

for applicants who will maintain our standards and values.
Applicant Profile
We are looking for a woman between the
ages of 20-30, who would preferably live within a 40 min bus radius from
Floreal.
The normal working hours are from 0800 to
1600hrs on weekdays but during projects the person will be expected to
work till late, even very late. Some projects requires the staff to stay
and work overnight on site (either office or on project site). Staying
over facilities will be made available as and when the need arise.
Main Duties
-
Act as Personal assistant to the
Director.
-
Handle incoming calls, reservations,
requests for information about our activities and take bookings for
activities.

Filing tasks and accounts Book keeping
on Quick books software or any other accounting software.

Take care of secretarial duties
(letters, appointments, follow-up calls etc).

Assist Facilitators and/or instructors
on the field during activities.

Actively participate in outdoor
activities and team projects.
-
Prepare, send and follow up payments and
invoices.
-
Keep track record of equipment usage and
maintenance. Make sure equipment undergoes maintenance on time.
Qualifications and experience
-
HSC holder.
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft
office and windows platform

Working knowledge of a CorelDraw, photo
paint and adobe suite an advantage

Have a pleasant personality, be an
organised, methodical and tidy person. The candidate should be
responsible, self disciplined and self managed, capable of working
without constant supervision.

Good written and spoken English and
French
-
Physically fit and capable of
accompanying outdoor trips prior experience in outdoor activities would
be an advantage.

Available to work odd hours during
projects and activities (Including Week ends)

Capacity of working under the pressure
of strict deadlines and field operations.

Prepared to work in the field and move
with the team. This may require sleeping outdoors under bivouac or any
other shelter made available for current operations.

Prior admin experience an advantage

Hard Worker.
